As a Legal Coordinator you will join an in-house team focused on contracts, corporate governance and compliance, which will give the right person a chance to hone their skills in process management contracts and corporate legal affairs.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator preferred
- Experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting preferred
- High degree of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs and contract management software
- Superior attention to detail memory and written communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions (at the bottom of your resume please list your favorite color) and ask clarifying questions where necessary
- Ability to understand follow and drive compliance of processes and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks as they come in
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day workflow for the Legal team through our contract management system, ticketing system and email proxy
- Oversee contract process for statements of work through coordination with legal account management and finance teams
- Manage and organize corporate records and files
- Data entry and clean up in supplier and contract management systems
- Assist Legal team in compliance tasks as needed
- Perform other research and administrative tasks as needed
- Deliver superior customer service to all contacts both internal and external

HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $50,000-52,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Physical Requirements:
Individuals will be required to sit for the majority of the day and will be required to stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
